About Us

MaxCAD Kenya Limited is a multi-service architecture firm since its inception in 2010, and subsequent incorporation as a limited company in 2012. We offer our clients the competitive benefit of being an architectural firm with unmatched construction capabilities at no added cost.

We have completed projects for clients in a broad geographic range from the leafy Kerarapon Area -Nairobi County, Kamiti Road, Syokimau, Uplands in Lari, Zimmerman, Ongata Rongai, Chebango Tea Plantations and Bomet county.

Our design impetus begins with gathered information – client wishes and requirements, the site and its environment, culture and context – in an effort to blend pragmatic and poetic elements in our work.

Felix Nyabicha

Lead Structural Engineer

Felix received his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the Technical University, Kenya in 2010. He is the senior principal and co-founder of MaxCAD Kenya LTD, founded in 2010 and has been nationally and internationally recognized for his contributions to the built environment. Before founding MaxCAD Kenya LTD, he worked with various contractors as a junior project supervisor and at some point, metal work. Felix serves as general project coordinator and quality control administrator as well as structural engineer for work produced by MaxCAD Kenya LTD.

Nelson Morogo

Senior Architect & 3D Designer

Nelson is a Senior Architect and Designer at MaxCAD Kenya LTD. He received his Diploma in Technology of Architecture from the Technical University of Kenya, which provided him with the technical education of designing an environmentally sustainable future. In addition to formal architectural training, Nelson took classes in Object-Oriented Design. This experience brings a specialized knowledge of material choices to the architectural scope. After interning at Abode Design in 2012, he has returned to continue his mission, creating beautiful and sustainable designs
